Website Update

Hey everyone!

Well, I think it is official that February of next year will be the final month for this website.

I will be contacting everyone who has an annual subscription to make sure I am taking care of you with this transition. For those of you who are monthly, I would say to transition to MMF with the beginning of March and I promise I will have some files there just for you coming over as well as site discounts for being a member.

I am sad about needing to do this, but financially it is just too much to keep paying on monthly and annually to keep it running.

The support you all have shown me over the past few years has been amazing and I plan to keep putting out models going forward. I will be getting everything onto MMF in the coming months and I want you all to email me before this site goes down so we can make sure you have all of your models. I will still be able to get them to you once the website is gone, probably through Dropbox, but this way is much faster and easier.

Stay tuned for more updates and models.

Website Questions

Hey everyone. So with the last website issue involving WordPress and the loss of a few weeks of data which cause some people to be billed twice automatically I am seriously considering winding down the website and moving it all over to Patreon and MyMiniFactory. Let me explain because I love this site. I started […]

Missing in Action

Hey everyone! WordPress did an update and it looks like that update messed up my database and dropped some models out of it.

Right now the store is missing the Alacorn, the Hawk Moth, the re-released Assasin, and the Packrat.

I am certain that since they are missing from the store they will be missing from the download section as well since they no longer exist in my folders on the site. To remedy that, I am going to be reposting them and I will email everyone when you can pull them back down.

Please let me know if you see anything else missing

Packing Up

Well, I am getting my backpack put together for the trip next week. I’ll be pretty much off the grid until Thursday and what better way to celebrate packing than with a Packrat.

Hoping to have it finished by the weekend.

The Devil You Say!

It’s finally done. I am sincerely sorry this one took so long to get out. Combination of health and life just got in the way. I am going to be out of town next week until Wednesday but I have started on the Swordsman and I think my new workflow will help speed things up a bit.

As far as the Akuma goes, I love how this one looks. The face, the arms, all of it. It just really came together. Yes, it is a redo from the original model but I think this one is cleaner and better put together.

Hope you all like it, and once again I am extremely grateful for the support.

Already a New Month

I had hoped to get this model out two weeks ago, but life got in the way and, according to my nurses, no I cannot leave the hospital for a few hours to get some work done.

Really unfair if you ask me. The programs on the TV were crap so I finished a few books instead (see previous post for the first one).

Anyway, now that the whole situation is behind me for now (still have follow up appointments in the future) it is back to getting some stuff done. First is the above mentioned model of the Akuma. Updated a bit and made a Mech Jock and Lance Leader version of it so that is coming out very soon. Also working on the Swordsman as the next model as well as working on a vehicle model that is too be decided.

Thank you all again for the support. It’s amazing how much things can change in a week. But God is good and I have been fortunate.

Home

Hey everyone! So I am home now and have a bunch of meds that I have been prescribed to help my heart.

Apparently I am very weird. I went to my Echocardiogram appointment on Thursday (the start of this little adventure in WTF which immediatly led them to doing an EKG. From there the EKG the cardiologist came in and said that my ejection fraction, which should be around 50-70 was 7. Yeah, not good at all. The words that the cardiologist used were “You should be bed ridden and I have no idea how you are presenting as well as you are”.

He was even more surprised that I was going up and down stairs no problem, had done a aerobic and weight workout that morning no problem, and wasn’t feeling any sort of discomfort. So from there it was off to a hospital room and the next day they did a procedure to run a line in my heart to look for blockages and see if a stint was needed. What came out of that was that one artery was 100% blocked and the others were fine. Still no idea why I am doing so well though. Guess I am weird.

So, medications were prescribed and then observation over the weekend to see how I was doing. My ejection fraction went up the next day to 18 and my pulse and heart rate dropped, which is good. After that it was just being poked and prodded every few hours to make sure everything was working until the released me. Now I have follow up visits, follow up EKGs and ECGs to see how everything is going and if they need to do a stint later or if I can just get by with my med and diet.

Thank you everyone for the prayers. I thank you and thank God for supporting me through this and carrying me through. Bless all of you and I will get back to doing what I do ASAP. Doctor has cleared me to do whatever I feel like doing and to just tone down the work outs for a while.
