CES Caesar 3 4

The plans for the Caesar were originally stolen form the Capellan Confederation’s Cataphract design and was intended to distract from the Federated Commonwealths development of the Axman but the Caesar would turn out to be a good mech in it’s own right.

The Caesar was designed to do as much damage as possible to an enemy mech at range as possible so it carries mostly long range weapons. Primary of them being a Polaris Main Model A Gauss rifle and two ton of ammo.  This is backed up by a ER PPC and four medium pulse lasers

• CES-3R (two poses) CES-3R-G  CES-3S  CES-4R  CES-4S
• Custom base for all versions.
